Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the item in its original Suunto packaging, ensuring all manuals, charging cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
